Leonard Pierce Fortune Smart LLC Con Arrtist Car Salesman, DO NOT GIVE HIM $$$$ San Francisco, California

I had the misfortune of finding Leonard Pierce and his fraud company Fortune Smart LLC, d.b.a. as Binz USA in a funeral trade publication.  I made contact with him to talk to and eventually agreeing to buy a Mercedes Benz funeral coach.  I signed contracts and wired him a deposit and have never seen a car or a refund.

First it was the manufacturer in Germany and warranty issues in the USA.  Then is was him being in the hospital for numerous heart attacks, then he was gonna wire my money, then not answering the phone.  I have found out from the company in England, Binz UK was also duped out of a car and he never had any confirmation cars could even be sold/delivered to the USA.

There are other people he has scammed and if anyone gives him a dime they are fools.  I am in the process of filing charges/complaint with the DA in San Fran, calling the FBI (wire fraud) and hiring an attorney to sue this man.  Noting he says is truthful and he is trying to steal your money.  If you want to do business don't pay him until he has delivered, he won't and can't!!!!

He needs to be in prison for stealing.
