I went in several months ago to lease a Mercedes SL from Luxury Autos Of Queens. Inventory was non-existant for this model at this dealerhip and so they only had a demo left. I went in and put a $4000 fully refundable deposit on the lease. As it was a gift, I needed the ability to opt out, and I brought that possibility up with the Sales Associate.

That same day, I found a brand new Mercedes at a different dealership and promptly cancelled the deal with Luxury Autos Of Queens. I was told it would be no problem and that the deposit would be credited to my Visa card. Needless to say after countless calls and a ton of excuses over 6 months, I still have not recieved my deposit back. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau only to find out that this particular dealership has had several of these exact complaints.

Luxury Autos Of Queens is a big SCAM runned by Newman Bruce. Stay away!!!
