Lynns Nissan West ripoff Stanhope New Jersey

lynns nissan west gen. mrg. tony healey sold my wife and i a 1998 nissan altima gxt. he said it was a local traid in. it was suppose to have 43,000 miles.

after 4 attemps to get the brakes fixed and the new tires we were promised we looked at carfax which told us the car was registered twice as a lease vehicle and that lynns bought it at auction.

we found the vehicle came from south new jersey and was indead leased from turnersville nissan, 856-629-1900 and they sold it at auction and then lynns nissan west bought it at auction.

nissan consumer affairs has been contacted with no results forthcoming even though when you tap the dash the odometer moves and the first number will turn before the others. lynns nissan was very nasty to us and refused to take back the car.

we think they should buy back the car and pay in full for us another car or truck of our choosing for frauding us as we would never bought the car under these conditions.
