I was told I was absolutely approved to buy a car. I selected a car and was told that it was getting near 8pm when they were to close and that I HAD to leave a deposit in order to "hold" the car. I questioned this, because no one could buy the car by the next morning, since they would be closed. I paid a deposit, got a signed receipt which was stamped that it was refundable if I was not approved by the lender.

I had to call over a dozen times only to be told by "Dolce" that I was not approved. They have not refunded my deposit after dozens of calls. The manager has never called me back and Dolce hung up on me.

I wonder how many times they do this in a week or in a month. An easy way to make money, by stealing deposits!
