McDonagh Chrysler Jeep ripoff East Brunswick New Jersey

I bought used 2004 Pacifica from McDonagh Chrysler on Rt 18 East Brunswick, NJ a few days ago. There was a noise when I turned the steering wheel. They agreed to fix it under warranty. I picked it up the next day without doing a walk around of the car as it was backed in so I couldn't see the rear of the car.
I drove it home (2 blocks) and discovered the entire back tail gate was pushed in. It was obvious that someone had backed into something while McDonagh Service Dept. had the car! The extent of the damage had to create a very loud nose and alert everyone in the area, yet no one saw anything!!
It took it back to McDonagh. The Serve Manager, JEFF KANC said 'tough'! 'You should have reported it before you took it.'
I filed a report with the East Brunswick police Dept. and I intend to purse this through Small Claims Court.
This is the 6th , and last, car I have car I have bought or leased form McDonagh. They obviously do not value a loyal repeat customer. I urge everyone to avoid MCDONAGH CHRYSLER. They are NOT nice reputable people!

I had two repair estimates from local body shops - $1,737.13 and $2,140.03 for damages. [Estimates are available upon request]
6/22/06 I met with Mr. M. (Mark) INSHASSI – General Sales Manager at McDonagh Chrysler Jeep, Inc*. I asked him why he didn't investigate what happened? He just shrugged him shoulders. He said, 'McDonagh Chrysler Jeep, Inc*. is not responsible!' (It appears that McDonagh Chrysler Jeep, Inc., is owned by Saudi Arabian business interests.)
Actions taken so far;
A Small Claims auction was filed.
A Fraud report was filed with the local Better Business Bureau
A complaint was filed with Middlesex County Consumers Affairs
It these actions do not get results, I am prepared to spend what ever it takes to see that McDonagh Chrysler Jeep Inc. does not get away with this.
