Midway Chevrolet ripoff cars sales and practices Phoenix Arizona

I was in a bind and needed a better car.... I don't have the best credit so I have a hard time getting financed sometimes. I was badgered, lied to, made to wait for hours, double teamed by two saleman, while they held my drivers license hostage and wouldn't return it. They knew I was in a jam and took full advantage of it. Not being a real experienced buyer I didn't know that they would do what they did. I finally made it out with the car only to be called back a week later to re sign because they couldn't get the terms or some such thing. That raised the cost another 60 dollars a month. I had no idea that they were going to charge me 3000 dollars for an extended warranty either.This car was supposed to be GM certified and I have had alot of mechanical problems with it... none of which are covered by this ridiculously expensive warranty. Isn't there a government agency that watches over consumer's rights in situations like this?
