Signed papers to buy a 2005 Cavalier. Gave a deposit of $600.

I went to pick up the car and found out that they had sold it the night before. Tried to sell me another piece of junk in it's place. All of a sudden they tell me that they cannot find financing so I cannot get any car. 2 hours earlier they asked me if I wanted to drive the car home then. I told them I would be back in 2 hours when my husband could give me a ride back. I was lied to and my husband was almost assaulted in the parking lot of the dealership by one of the salesman.

The next day I find out the my deposit check had been deposited and cashed. Why? They could not get me financing. I asked the sale2man to shred my checks and he said they are being shreded as we speak. Another Lie. This company is full of liars and thieves. They should be investigated further. How many other people will they scam or have scammed and said nothing.

Go to this below URL which is a Rip Off Report and look at all of the pictures posted. look what a guy had to go through to get his $2000 down payment back. Photos are GREAT. Hope you don't have to do what he had to do.
