Midway Chevrolet This dealership is the WORST Phoenix Arizona

What a way to spend Mother's Day!! MY husband had been searching for a Chevy HHr 2006 or 07 model over the internet. and came upon a few that were at Midway. He put in for his asking price and contact number> It wasn't long before a dealer contacted him.( Steve Tucker ) Well they were honest in claiming that they didn't have any for the price he wanted out the door but they would keep looking . the next day he received a phone call from a guy named Jesus still looking. My husband was firm on his asking price of 11,000 out the door for a vehicle that was used by a rental agency and had 30,000 miles on it . After all they had just sold several for the same price he was asking, seemed fair enough. a few days later the fleet manager Earnie chevaz phoned us and said he had 2 vehicles used 07's were previously rental cars had 30,000 plus miles on them and we could pick either for our asking price out the door. He gave us the catalog numbers they were on the lot ready to go we called him several times after making our appointment confirming the price and so on. also stating that we would be traveling 2 hours from Tucson to make this deal. He assured my husband it was ours at our price . My husband made arrangements to pull money from our 401k so financing wouldn't be an issue, and off we drove to pick up our Chevy Hrr . We were greeted by another salesman Gene whom we told we had an appointment with Earnie. Earnie greeted us and handed us back to Gene who would take care of us, After looking at the 2 vehicles we were going to choose from we made our choice. the upholstery and carpeting looked like crap dirty the turn signals didn't shut on their own but that wasn't going to break the sale. we sat down Gene took our info and then walked off to deal with the sales team came back with a price of 15,000! what a joke my Husband who had every right got extremely angry after Gene told him Earnie said you were going to put 11,000 down! It was 11,000 out the door! Manager upon Manager came to try to talk my husband, apparently the fleet manager was new and made a mistake they couldn't sell the car for what they promised us These people are completely dishonest and don't care how far you come to visit them. They are real Mother @&*%%er's I would not send anyone to this dealership.
