I purchased a new Mitsubishi Montero Sport in 01'. Then, 65 mos. later, I received a letter from MMCA showing a $10m payoff (which I had expected). I took the vehicle to Ed Voyles Mitsubishi because I was told by a Mitsubishi Salesman (Justin Dover) that Mitsubishi would payoff everything owed to Mitsubishi and that Mitsubishi came up with this plan AFTER so many complaints about the Diamond Advantage Plan.

So we traded the Montero Sport in for an 07' Endeavor. I was told by Justin, and the finance manager (Conley Langford) that NO money was owed to MMCA. There was no discussion about an end of lease inspection (which did not occur until over a week after my trade in), nor was I even told there was going to be an inspection. Had I known that, I assure you I would have gotten a better quote for a windshield than $529.00.

The bottom line is Ed Voyles Mitsubishi told me that I WOULD OWE NOTHING regarding the trade in. MMCA is calling and calling about this and I am telling them to call Ed Voyles Mitsubishi and that's where I stand on this. If anything I feel that it is borderline harrassment the way they call constantly. If I have the opportunity to be a aprt of a class action suit for deceptive business practice, please respond and I will give more information.

They had to send me a replacement (odometer disclosure statement) and (power of attorney) because the first ones got lost. They sent me a blank one and told me to sign it and mail it back. I waited and did not send it and still have it now. I had to call Ed Voyles Mitsubishi to find out that the had come and gone. I received an invoice (Feb.21, 07') from Mitsubishi for $1,808.56.

I immediately (Feb 23, 07') sent a fax to Ed Voyles letting them know I had received this invoice, and that this MUST be an oversight. I called and left 15 messages with various people to reply, and refaxed the invoice on Mar. 6, and Mar. 20. I finally got a response after faxing the invoice again on Apr. 11. At that time I found out that Justin Dover was no longer with Ed Voyles Mitsubishi. By this time the only person still working there that I had dealt with was Conley Langford.
