I was looking for cars online and found a very cheap BMW, and tried to call but the phone number was I continued to email the seller and got a quick response saying that the car was in perfect condition and that they were moving to England and it would be to expensive to drive it legally there. I continued to send them money through western union, and received a final e-mail telling me that my pament went through and to expect a final email with delivery confirmation information. Never heard from them again.
