Even after asking verbally and having the written statement added to the purchase agreement Bill Wu did not disclose obvious damages to the vehicle nor where they shown when pictures where taken. This car had multiple cigarette burns on the dash and headliner. The drivers side lower valance trim had a sheet rock screw driven into the trim with damage around the screw. Multiple body damage and poorly de-dented areas to conceal from photographs.

His response when confronted was "I complied with all New York State regulations.
