Munday Chevrolet Complaints Offensive, unprofessional behavior Spring Texas

Traded in a Tahoe for another used one. Paid cash. Promised some things including tires. Went two days after they were supposed to arrive, not there. No notification of this error. Husband drive 1.5 hrs to get there- told to take one off lot home and to return the next day. Day two of paying for babysitter. Requested another SUV to drive, said there were not enough on the lot- at least seven at the time and for only a 24 hr period. My husband asked how they were going to take care of the situation and the unprofessional individual said there was nothing to take care of. Told my husband the Enterprise was down the road if he wanted an SUV. This was the used car sales general manager. ALso, as we were getting the keys after paying for the vehicle, another salesman shouted to ours that he did a good job at giving another vehicle away.

I paid for the vehicle- no issue with financing.
This is not how you treat another human being, much less a customer that paid a fortune for a vehicle several days prior.
Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate
