I recently went to purchase a vehicle at Munday Chevrolet in Houston, TX. They had told me that I was able to get the car that I wanted, which was a 2010 Camaro at the price I wanted and percentage rate I wanted.
I had the car for 4 days and even had the salesman help with me with the onstar setup! They called and said I needed to go in to re-sign the contract. I was a little confused but went in. When they sat me down they said that my payments would be going up about $80 and my percentage rate would go up 4%. Mind you my mother put down 1000 dollars down already!
They said we would have to to turn in the 2nd keys to get our down payment back. So the following day we turned in the keys and then the finance man who was supposed to give us our money back actually took out another 1000 dollars which made my moms bank account overdraft about 500+ dollars. Now all my mom needs is a letter from them to fax to her bank to get her funds back. But they keep holding off on that! So now they us 2000 total! This has been a nightmare, please be smart and never buy from Munday Chevrolet! They will lie and cheat to get what they want!

Don't mean to burst anyones bobble but where did you think ALL the LANDMARk EX SALESMEN GO!!!!

 

Their number #1 Competitor was MUNDAY CHEVY and I know for a FACT that some of there best went there. Atleast 3 or more of their SLICKEST SALEPEOPLE went there to keep up their RIP OFF STYLE of JOB. I really expected MUNDAY to be smarter than THAT. Oh well...

 

I worked there at LANDMARK for maybe 2 months and it was a TOTAL SCAM.. They made you feel like CRAP cause you can't twist a customers MIND into jumping into a BAD DEAL. And if you come in with NO EXP// QUIT! before it's too late. All the BIG BOYS get all the EASY sells while you bust your butt outside. All the TOP SALES MANAGERS that sit up in a TOWER would fire you on the spot if you let a customer go after checking lot. WHAT a BUNCH of BS. I wish I could have sued for BAD PRACTICES...
