We bought a Montero sport from Sherman nissan back in 11/02/2002. we bought the quality guard warranty to go with it.

The finance manager informed us if we never used the warranty or if it ran out they would reimbruse us the warranty towards the principle or a refund to us. They have not honored either.

We have traded the vechicle in and they have informed us that they will not honor what they told us. I think this is wrong and they are crooks. They have now moved to denton to keep there crooked pratices up.

They also have done my brother and his wife wrong. They put them in a lease agreement without letting them know what was going on. And we have found out this is a common pratice of there's.
