North Texas Nissan sold me a "damaged/wrecked" car Corinth Texas

I purchased a 2003 350z in april of 2007 from ntn. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car (ie wrecked damage etc) showed me carfax that nothing was wrong. A year later i am now going to trade it in and have been told my 3 different dealerships that the car has been damaged. THey say the whole car has been repainted, hood has been replace and possibly the driveres door replaced. I then proceded to contact NTN. i spoke with the new store manager since a new owner has purchased the store a little over a month ago. I spoke with the new manager named Pat Burrows and he confirmed that these statements about it being damaged and painted were correct he then told me the only thing he could do was give me 12000 for the vehicle since it had been damaged.....ha i then proceded to talk to someone higher and spoke with one of the joint owners. Talk about douche he was rude and disrespectful to me. He pretty much told me that since htey have switched over owners he cant do anything about it anymore to bad so sad....he said he went to law school and that i was right and he was wrong...exact words. I then decided to contact a lawyer and see if i have a case they are now telling me as long as i can prove that the dealership knows that it was wrecked then i definitly have a case. I am in the process of all of the attorney information now. Anyone with anymore information please let me know!
