On Site Fleet Service Purchesed a car from Marvin Ziegler. Now its been 18 months and i have never received my title Lafayette Louisiana

I purched car from Marvin Ziegler on 12/12/05.Never signed any papers for the payments.When I made my last payment I sent him a note requesting the title for the car.

He said that the car was not paid for and iI owed him intrest on the notes Since then I have wrote letters to Mr.Ziegler,made phone calls,and he has never answered any of them.

I have been waiting for the title now for about 18 months.If thats the way he runs his business I see why his name is on here
