Did business with dealer as they had vehicle I have been looking for all over Arizona. Very low miles on 5 year old vehicle. Asked for history of vehicle and was told young lady owned it and just used it as show car. Later found out been in 2 altercations. Was sold bumper to bumper warranty as stated by Finance Guy "Just take it to any dealer and everything is covered just like a new car". Also bombarded with $700 car etching,$700 Gap,$300 Dealer Prep FEE, $2500 Warranty (that was was marked $500 deductible and only covered certain engine items) overcharge on License fee and $499 Doc Fee. I drove the car home and had terrible wind noises and rattles. Found most Fenders and under body panels had numerous fasteners missing as all panel had been removed from car and half way put back together. The after market Air cleaner was caked with Mud as all Under body protection was missing. I have complained with BBB and Peak Mazda and have got my money back for Warranty (-$100 cancel fee) and GAP. Please use this dealer at your own risk as this is just somewhat of the deceptions I went through. Car dealers are usually pretty smooth but I was really disappointed I got flat out lied to. I bought new Gap from credit Union for $120. Also stay away from those after market warranty, If 1 Oil change is missed or Manufactures service guide is not followed they will pay for nothing.
