The general manager of Performance of Cheverolet Kevin Bowers had held personal items including my girlfriends purse after returning the vehicle. When attempting to retrieve her purse he then blocked her passage and told her it would cost her $1000.00 to get it.

This was said in front of many of his co-workers. Feeling very intimidated she signed the receipt(which to come and find out he had made it for a down payment on the truck)and payed him the $1000.00.
