Pinnacle Nissan ripoff deception from the start Scottsdale Arizona

Received a phone call from a sales person that claimed to be the regional director for sales he would only be available for a brief time. We told him about the problem with the cavalier we had recently purchased. He apologize and he would give us a $500.00 check. They would make it up to us by getting us out of the lease we currently have on a van. No penalities no extra money. We picked out a nice used car. They said they could not do it on a used car. They said something about negative equity. They could only do it on a vehilce that had a rebate. It became confusing.

Bottom line we left They did not return our lease aggreement. They wanted to look at it. We Returned the following day to pick it up. They came up with another deal. The deal was $375.00 for 72 months the cost of the car was 14,500.00. Luckly we had a calculator and did the math. It came out to $27,000. WoW. Not only were we paying for a used car but for the remainer of the lease. When we asked about all the extra money he said our car had negative equity and we had to pay for getting out of the lease. We asked what about the penalty we would not have to pay. It was not a penality it was for the negative equity. Again we said no.

The sales person turn out to be a regular employee not a regional representative. We were almost rip off again by them. The first time we were ripped off the second time we said no. In the long run we have decided not to go along with all of their mumbo jumbo and finish off our lease.
