My wife and I bought a truck from these mongrels last month, when we returned shortly after requesting some repairs, we were informed that the vehicle could not be repaired and that they were not in the practice of trading vehicles so soon after the original sale without depreciating the vehicle by a certain percentage.

My wife explained that she needed a reliable vehicle right away as her mother has inoperable cancer & the vehicle was desperately needed to transport her to and from Opus for daily chemotherapy.

Mike Lewis looked her straight in the eye and said that that wasnt his problem.

I have never met a more cruel, or more unethical man than Mike Lewis of Prince Frrederick Ford - Mercury.

I'm surprised that Ford Motor Company doesnt invoke a more vigorous customer service/satisfaction training program for their employees.

It seems the only prerequisite to work there is to have a genuine lack of human compassion as well as really, really bad breath.

C'mon Ford Motor, you're representing AMERICA, certainly you can do better than this!!
