Prince Frederick Motors, Inc Maryland ...Don't BUY from this DEALERSHIP unless you like being ANGRY

In May 1999, my husband and I purchased a $40,000 1999 GMC 3500HD(means heavy duty)truck with a dump bed. Dealership tried changing tires, re-aligning front end 3 seperate times. Tried telling us that all trucks vibrate this bad.

Had GMC rep. out and we waited there for 1 hour past out appointment time. When he showed up, all he said was I'm late. This truck goes down the road with the front end in the proper lane and the rear end in the other lane. It vibrates so bad, your soda goes flat within 30 minutes. It leaks, vibrates, pinion overheats and many other problems.

Dealership is in small town-they think everyone in this town is stupid. They talk down to you and have been of no help at all. Another problem is the state of Maryland's Lemon Law really doesn't apply to commercial trucks. So we have our brand new $40,000 vibrating truck sitting in our side yard since August of 1999.

The truck is unsafe and has failed a Maryland state vehicle inspection. But we've had to pay an attorney to date $3500. and now we will have to pay an expert witness from $5000-$10,000 to testify on our behalf. We put truck on frame machine and its so crooked I couldn't even explain it.The management at the dealership is horrible.

You would think they would take care of the problem-in a small town nobody needs bad publicity. This has cost my small business tens of thousands in lost production. This dealership thought we would just go away.

Our court date is in June. So be pre-warned there are also other court records on this company, some lawsuits from consumers and some lawsuits from their venders trying to collect their money.
