Extreme unethical business practices at ay Chevrolet - Ray Suzuki in Fox Lake, Illinois. Purchased a used car that was advertised has having certain amenities, which were not there/working upon delivery. We were told they would be taken care of at a later date. We called the sales person for several weeks and received the "run around" and he never once called back. He would take the call and then state, "oh I got to check on that, let me call you back."  Finally, he admitted that he would not honor the agreement to get the navigation/entertainment system functional and it was just too bad for us. He would not even give us the manual. The sales person repeatedly stated that they "squeezed out" only a little profit on the car and so it is just too bad for us. I don't know if this is fraud, but it is certainly unethical. We would have never gotten the car if the devices did not work.  Let the world beware, Ray Chevrolet - Ray Suzuki in Fox Lake, Illinois is an extremely unethical business with the stereotypical slimy unethical salespersons (which I didn't even think existed as I have always had great experiences with other used car dealers).
