I bought an altima , In order to make the deal ( i was going to buy a jeep ) I was told many things. Keep in mind I have 3 active leases with NISSAN , I just turned in my infinity lease also I have owned Nissan's before these last 4 leases all the way back to the first z car you made.

( my wife and I ) were told $21,000 + tax , for this car inclusive of the extended warranty, as well as 72 month financing @6 and something % with nothing down , Then as I read the papers about to sign the finance man said something's wrong, takes the papers and left the room ( i'll be right back ) , I asked him what was wrong he said type 'o' 's, He hands back my papers , I say are they the same he said yes and showed me the $432 a month payment , I signed and left , My wife got the payment book to see we were charged for the 72 month warranty in addition the car was over $26k not $21k and it became a 84 month 8.14% int. not 72 @ 6% , The finance man said close to nothing else to us I assumed we were getting no up charging B/S because we knew some one who works there ( it was guilt ) to get us out before we notice.

I want Ray fired at once , for the way he treated us , his arrogance , nastiness or we will never buy another nissan nor will anyone I know , The Games ( played in nissan smithtown ) I cant find words for it. ( switching papers it's as low as it gets ) !

I called and spoke to Matt brown who said I was right it was for 72 months , just come down and we will fix it. Matt and RAY dealt with us matt knows the truth .On arrival ray said F you , I assume Matt was threatened to lose his job , when I arrive ray was lying to my face , he was crass , nasty to my wife and I , ( Ray said free warranty - that made the deal ) saying we don't want to loose a Nissan Coustomer like you we rather loose $2,000 on this deal to keep you with nissan. Matt was not there , we told them what we needed & they pull a switch & screw. I want what I was told or I will never buy a nissan again , check me out I have leased 20 cars the last 10 years and I was tired of running around to dealers and wanted them all in one place .
