RC Hill Mitsubishi Ripoff Untrustworthy and money hungry dealership Don't buy from them Deland Florida

I was ripoffed when I bought a new car from RC Hill Mitsubishi. I was not aloud to test drive the car before I bought it because they said the car was to valuable. The car had never been owned, but it was a year old and had 178 miles on it. I trusted the dealership because they assured everythig would be fine and that I would you have a warrenty. I bought the car because I really wanted it.

I had only been driving the car for about a month and a half and the clutch went out. I took the car back to the dealership so it could be fixed under the warrenty. They would not fix the clutch unles I paid full price for it even tough the car was brand new. I asked why the clutch would go out so soon end everyone I talked to had a different reason. I still do not understand what happened to the car. All I could come up with was the damage was done before I bought the car because it had a 178 miles on it and they would not let me test drive it.

After I complained and asked a lot of questions I started to get treated with NO respect. The dealership started making up all types of crazy thing to make me look bad. They even said something bad about me to another customer. I know this b/c she told after she took her eclipse up there to get worked on.

After filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Mitsubishi I got a small discoutn on the cluthch work. The way may problem was handeled was very unprofessional. I feel the dealership took as much money as they possibly could from me.
