Rendel Motorcars Buyer Beware! Gross misrepresentation of vehicle condition and fradulent business tactics West Palm Beach Florida

Rendel Motorcars had advertised a 2005 BMW 330i on eBay with 15,000 miles as being "in perfect condition, no paint work, no curb rash, none nicer, looks like the day it rolled out of the factory". I purchased the car sight-unseen from them based on their word and confirmation that the vehicle was flawless and that I "would not be disappointed".
When the car arrived at my home in Michigan, to my surprise, it was in very bad shape. The car had been hit along the passenger side and had not been repaired. The rear passenger side fender was dented in three different locations, and was wrinkled. It had been hit and bumped back out with a body tool, but not repaired. The front fascia on the car severely scratched, cracked, and had a 3 inch piece broken off. The hood looked like someone tried to wax it with a Brillo pad, countless scratches ranging anywhere from 3 to 30 inches in length. Both front headlights were severely cracked and pitted. The rear bumper looked as though it had been painted with a can of spray paint the day before with no masking, with overspray all over the rear of the car with paint run marks dripping from the bumper.
All four wheels had severe curb rash, and a 1/2 inch rubber molding had been installed around each wheel well to cover extensive door dings, scratches and paint chips on each quarter panel. Suffice it to say the car was a mess.
After several emails and emotionally charged verbal exchanges over the phone, along with the threat to litigate to the full extent of the law, Rendel agreed to issue me a full refund for the car. However they would not reimburse me for the cost to ship the car to and from Michigan. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am in the process of filing a law suit in Florida against Rendel Motorcars to seek reimbursement plus damages.
Not only does Rendel Motorcars engage in fraudulent and unethical business practices, they are shady at best as a business, and are only interested in defrauding the public. The Carrier driver who delivered the vehicle informed me that Clive Watson, salesman for Rendel, attempted to "coach" him into not saying anything about the condition of the car. He refused and almost engaged in a confrontation with him at the time the car was picked up. He told me that he had delivered other cars for them and has seen far too many customers disappointed with cars from Rendel due to how badly they misrepresented the condition of the vehicle.
Buyer Beware!

Funny how Mr Jeff forgot to mention he got A FULL REFUND ON THE CAR as agreed if he paid the shipping back we would give him a full refund as we did. We could have been a Dealer like he mis claims us to be and told him to shove it.
If he continues to post negative coments about us, thats "Defimation of Character" and we will hand it over to our Attourneys.
