Renfrew Chrysler I bought a 2005 Ram 1500 on september 9,2008 . Renfrew failed to disclose information on the truck . Breeched our sales contract .Refused to honor my warranty.Lied to the B&B&B . Renfrew Chrysler misleads and misreprestents themselves . Will not back up their product. Calgary , Alberta

The problems began from the day we got the keys to the truck . The body work that was agreed between both partys was to be finished the day we picked up the truck was not completed . It took 9 months of fighting with Renfrew to get the body work completed .Within two weeks our brakes needed to be replaced . Then our ball joints  . Also many other small repairs needed to be fixed . Then the major problems began leaf springs , rear differential . All of witch Renfrew claimed was not covered on our manufactures warranty or our extentd warranty . Renfrew actualy claimed we did not purchase extend warranty. I have on our orgianal sales contract that  states I paid $3500 for an extend warranty . I have filed complaints with Chrysler Canada , who claims that their is nothing they can do . I also filed complaints with the B&B&B . Renfrews sale manager lied on his rebuttle to them .I have written ademand letter to Dave Lamont the owner of Renfrew . He has not responded to it . I am left with no chose but to sue .
