I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible from  Ricardo Nieto in early January. Ricardo who pauses as "home car dealer" claimed the car to be clean, nice,  and in perfect condition. It was a sunny day and he had the top down.

Drove the car and went to get a SMOG check. The car had so many problems and the computer was messed up. The odometer looked as if it was tempered with (Federal Felony). The car passed, the guy doing the test told me to go buy a lottery ticket.

Drove the car for a couple of days and it rained. The car became a jacuzzi. Leaking from everywhere. Little did I know that Ricardo and his father has the car bathing in the sun to dry out: the car was clean so for sure they washed it and it leaked, so they left it out in the sun to dry out. The car can not be driven during this rain without getting soaked. He clearly new about the problem and did his best not show it. The one week old car needs $1500 for the top and the seals to repaired!

We called him to return the car - He texted back saying to stop harassing or he is going to call the police! Very funny cause we are calling the police on him.

Long story short STAY AWAY from this guy, he deals car out of his house in SANTA ANA. We are taking him to court. We are also filing a complaint with the DMV. They will stop him from lying and illegaly selling cars on the street. He wont be ripping off people any longer.

He is also trying to rent a condo, so imagine what type of scum bag landlord he is going to be.
