Do NOT believe these lying Bastar##, they just want you in the dealership to massage you without having the vehicle in stock.
On 5/22/10, I was ASSURED that a Honda Fit Sport, black, white or silver, manual transmission was in stock. Took my valuable time on Sat. morning to drive to dealership only to be told that I could have it on Wednesday. I had told them that I am in town for the week-end, and wanted to buy the vehicle today!!!! They are lying pieces of ####, the salesman was Kingsley White and the "manager" was Marlow. DO NOT DEAL with these people. Totally dishonest and liars!

To whom it may concern,
Our customer's time is considered valuable and we will not bring anyone to the dealership unless there is a chance of selling a car. In your particular case our inventory system indicated the vehicle was available and had a delivery range begining that day. When we discovered that the vehicle was not in stock we made several attempts to contact you before your arrival however you arrived within a few minutes of your call.
We are sorry you felt your time was wasted. Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions.

I purchased my car there and can confirm their policy, which is to lie to customers. The first time I went there was from a request from the dealership to "lower our payments" but when I went there, it wasn't what he said, so I left. When I went in for an oil change, a different salesman wanted to give me a different deal. I told him that another salesman told me the same thing but could not deliver. The new salesman told me that "Our policy is to lie to customers to get them in". I was shocked to say the least. Maybe he thought I wouldn't say anything or thought if I did tell someone, who would beleive me. In any case, I tell everyone I know who is remotely interested in buying a car.
I do like the Honda cars and I did buy one from them but I can tell you this...It is the last time I will buy from them and sadly, the last time I buy a Honda. There are plenty of other makes and models out there to choose from.
