Right Toyota Deceived & lied about information, lied about needing a service warranty in order to get financing. Steered us to the "only" car we qualified for. Misled regarding financing. Horrible experience! Scottsdale Arizona

On a Friday evening we stopped to "kick tires" and was pounced upon by two salesmen. We spent 5 hours there and picked out a car we wished to have and did credit report/payment choices, interest rates, etc. Returning the next day, the salesman took us for a ride in our car of choice, then when we returned, they told us that we didn't qualify for the car we wanted - even though they told us we had, the night before. Raised voices, tears, disappointment led us to the "only car we qualified for" and they made us feel "lucky" to be getting a car at all!!!!

Their treatment on Friday night was pure sugar! Saturday, they were patronizing, condescending, badgering and acted as though they were the only game in town.

The salesman boasted that his father owned the used car department and that he was the only one to deal with.

While there we saw him try to take a customer from a salesman and lead him to his father.

We witnessed the steering of customers asking for specific salesmen to others.

Toyota and Toyota products are GREAT!!!!

Right Toyota is the WRONG place to buy a car!!!

What are you kidding me? What is your complaint here? What does it have to do with Sexual Harassment? You should be assumed of your self using that term as a category for your complaint. There are thousands of woman and children who are abused every minute of ever day and you dare try to compare the fact that you have bad credit and can't buy a car. You are a 100% scum bag and Karma will catch up to you fast. That is probably why you could not get the car because you have bad karma. You need to correct this and categories it correctly. You also need to maybe go buy Suzy Ormond's book on how to fix your credit and stop blaming other for the mistakes you did in the past that caused you to have shitty credit. YOU ARE A CREDIT CRIMINAL…………BAD CREDIT IS WHAT CAUSED YOUR ISSUES NOT HONEST PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING……………Grow up and take responsibility for your actions and get the Sexual Harassment link removed from you complaint it is very inappropriate.
