Recently we paid a visit to Right Toyota. It was the WRONG choice. The salesmen are friendly of course, but wolves in sheep's clothing. One of the salesmen took my 69 year old mother, also a grandmother for a test drive in a Lexus and went from 0 to 130 mph on a local street. My poor mom nearly had a heart attack. He thought it was fun I guess, really bad judgement, I think we should have sued them for endangering her life. We found out that the police came in the next day and gave him a reckless driving ticket and towed the car.

The same salesman told us that the subwoofers in our car were worth $2,000 and to sell them on ebay, they are worth $150.00 all over the internet.Basically, we were baited and switched and ended up getting a car we don't love. Just a lot of dishonesty with those people. Do yourself a favor and pick another Toyota dealership, we wish we had.

This sounds kind of fishy, I smell a rat here. If it is true what you say then scan and post a copy of the police report to your complaint and just maybe we will believe you. I have used Right Toyota for years, purchasing my vehicles from them and using there service department. I was going on line to make a service appointment and came across your report and feel you are a liar using this site to remedy a concern you may have had trying to buy a car. Is it your bad credit that caused you not to be able to get a new car? While if so that is your fault and no one else's.
