River Road Auto Sales - Sold the car from under us and had our cashiers check and wanted us to buy a different car, and we have still not received our cashiers check back. North Apollo Pennsylvania

This dealership sold a vehicle to someone else when we had already signed a bill of sales and sent a certified cashiers check to them.

They then wanted us to buy a different car from them. We declined and they got upset and refused to talk to us anymore (using fowl language). They claimed to have sent our cashiers check back through the mail but we have yet to receive it. They offered no tracking or evidence that they actually sent the check and now they will not even talk to us. We are seeking legal action against them.
