I attended the same class as the other report on here. The elusive tactics used by this company or inexcusable. The whole time you're lead to believe that you're training for the dealership that advertised the placement of the ad. I received the lead from Monster.com.
I asked Sam Baker why they didn't advertise a the training fee. When it clearly stated training provided. He told me it was against regulations of the career websites. In the initial interview he made a claim that Ford would have lifetime job placement. Not RJ Williams and associates. The final day of training we were lead to believe the owner of the dealership would meet with all of us in the training class. Which the meeting never happened.
Repeated claims from the training class that were false. A fourth grader could have read from the book that Sam Baker so called trained from. This was in no way advanced training of any kind. This company has had numerous complaints on the BBB website.

You should read Steve's report over at the TOYOTA page on this website. He goes into tremendous depth about the SCAM! If you want to cost that Dealership THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars in lost sales, do this: put a small display ad in your Local Newspaper that says-
GO TO ripoffreport.com and type in FORD
This simple ad will cost that Dealership THOUSANDS in lost sales and at the same time, it will alert others of what is taking place. People who were scammed at Toyota Dealerships are already putting ads in Newspapers to raise awareness to the SCAMS at TOYOTA Dealerships.
Go to 9news.com and type in the name ORNELAS and search the story that made the Front Page of the Denver Post on 5-19-2005 and WATCH the Video that made the 10 o'clock News on the #1 most watched News Channel in Denver, Colorado! A simple LETTER to 9News did ALL of that!! I know this because I wrote and mailed it to them and all other News Stations in Denver! Also go to stopautofraud.com and watch the Dateline NBC Undercover Video from December 2003!
Write a letter, you'll feel better!

I have a similar story, I was ripped out of 599.00 in a similar employment scam. As far as I can tell fraud is legal in Florida so I cant do anything about it. I hope you do better than me getting a little justice, it would be nice to see the good guy win for a change.
