I know a lot of hard workers that have been working there for years and don't get raises.no bonus'no days off.They are working them six days a week no breaks.The big bosses get to take vacations all over the united states and leave the hard workers to stress about the crappy cars they freaking buy.The owner of rpm doesn't know how to run a decent business they trick people into buying crappy cars then put the pressure on the workers and not giving them enough time to do anything not even order parts.This company needs to be investigated on everything.(Unless you are family)you get treated crappy.If you are family you get paid good to do nothing or you get to take vacations when ever you want no equal opportunities for different genders.Unless you like the sexual harassment..
