Yes, the customer did request us to find a particular car for him we do require a $1,000 deposit in return for this service which we sell the car at a wholesale price, once located. After more than a week of searching, attending several different auto auctions, running Carfax and Autocheck reports, doing title searches, and countless hours on the internet, the customer calls and states "I found a car somwhere else". Why would you have us search for a car when your doing your own searching? Why would you purchase a car from another dealer when you assured us you would be purchasing the car from us?
