Select Importsmanager refused to pay for balancing the wheel on a car that was purchased.  Wheels were actually bent and could not be repaired.

We all know many car dealers stink...

AUTHOR: Ronny g - North hollywood (USA)

..but didn't you test drive the vehicle before you paid for it? If I test drive a vehicle and it wobbles I won't buy the vehicle unless they fix the wobble first. Actually I would probably avoid a vehicle that wobbles altogether as that can be a sign it was abused or in a nasty wreck.

Unless the dealer forced you to buy this car, you may be legally stuck with fixing it now. Unless you have any written warranty. Most used cars are sold as-is which means there is no warranty. Unless you have a copy of the ad that states the rims are new and unbent or you have any documentation where they promised to balance the wheels or fix any wobbles.
