SKYLINE MITSUBISHI VEHICLE PURCHASED FROM THEM INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT HAD GAP INSURANCE AND PROTECTION WARRENTY ACCORDING TO THEM NO GAP INS AND ONLY APPROX 350.00 BACK ON WARRENTY ACCIDENT HAPPENED 2/10 PURCHASED VEHICLE THORNTON, Colorado

Purchased vehicle from Skyline Mitsubishi in June of 2007.  Had Gap ins and warranty added to purchase price.  Car totaled out in Feb 2009. called Gap insurance to report claim and was told Skyline cancelled it in Nov 2007 on line. I cancelled the warranty in Feb 2009 still have received the rebate from Skyline of approx 350.00 as of 9-10-2010.  Insurance paid off car except for about 2400.00 inwhich Gap would of taken care of  Per Fidelity who cover the Gap Insurance in order to cancel I needed to sign a request which I didn't.  Dealership cancelled on line 11-26-07.  I would like this vehicle paid off and the balance of my warrenty monies
