I just read the report #272987 from Khem. I had exactly same experience with Khem! Joe Gumbman and finance guy Stan Sigerson cheated us to purchase a Sentra with a leasing contract! (so called Smart buy program)We fight weeks to have contract changed to financing one ($2000 More than sticker price) . But they haven't cancel the leasing contract since then.

Khem, I am first time to be here and don't know how to reply your report. I hope you can read my report and contact with me. My email address is koking@gmail.com. We should unite together to fight with such a ugly, evil dealer. We also should let everyone know and nobody should be deceived by them any more.

Put up a fight with Smithtown Nissan

AUTHOR: Khem - Islip Terrace (U.S.A.)

You need to constantly call them and get loud in their showroom when you talk to them, so that other people shopping there will here. I have responded to you via email. I am Khem's daughter and I have been fighting on their behalf since that incident happened. It took close to 4 months before everything got squared away but don't expect to get too much help from Nissan USA. You need to be persistent.

As I stated in my email, please file a complaint to the attorney general's office and be very specific send photo copies of your documents etc. They do respond.

If you keep fighting with them you can get your way. They cheated you just like they did to my parents. Please harass NMAC, Nissan USA and Smithtown Nissan. They have to scrap that lease. I would cntact all the TV stations ss well, News 12 and ABC 7. I contacted Tappy Phillips because I saw on 5pm news she helped another couple with dealership trouble. It takes a long time for them to respond but if we all stick together we can get justice.
