Smithtown Nissan False advertisers, fasttalking sh**heads, BUT not very smart!! Saint James New York

Went to Smithtown Nissan and had a little run in with the infamous Ray and Stan tandom scamartists. Advertised Price was $12995.00 wanted to pay cash they wouldnt allow me ONLY financing I agree ask if there is a prepayment penalty Ray tells me NO, then 30 seconds later he tells me 90 days.

after 2.5 hours of waiting they tell me they are losing money on the car and I have to buy a warranty for $2000.00 I tell them I dont want a warranty, Stan tells me I have to have a warranty it is "REQUIRED" I tell stan to drop the price by 2K and ill take the warranty.

you have to turn the tables on these sh**heads because they get flustered and lose their game. he tells me he will sell it to me for $16,300 I tell him no, I Have a valid contract (offer acceptance consideration)for $12995.00 plus tax and thats what I am paying Ray then comes in tears up all the paperwork giggles and says "what are you gonna do now?" as 2 or 3 other men approach me from behind threatening me. Real businesslike, EVERYONE MUST GO TO ANDREW CUOMO WITH COMPLAINTS. the owners the Rubio clan got hit by Spitzer for the same scams a few years back, they are a target just keep up the pressure. Dont back down. its fun!!
