Sonnen Motorcars VW and Audi dealer in San Rafael, CA Sold me a $50,000 lemon Audi RS4 with previous body damage and withheld that information. San Rafael, California

Due to my military commitments I was unable to address this issue sooner, but I feel cheated and robbed! I pushy salesman I expect specially when it is after hours, but a completely dishonest salesperson who knows will be caught is just plain mocking. I am very surprised by your sales and service department tactics, even more after seeing all the great reviews on "yelp" but there is always that ding on the door? I looked hard and long for an RS4 that I wanted, my daughters (14yrs, 9yrs) advised me not to buy it, but I still did. I asked the salesperson if the car had any previous damage he said no, but by the second day of taking delivery I found internal missing parts (water reservoir hoses) and many other electrical problems, due to what appeared driver side fender damage repair. After a long and hard negotiation with salesperson, Sonnen committed to repair missing parts. After receiving vehicle back with stated repairs I still had problems. I took vehicle to a closer Audi dealer and paid $634.88 for the already repaired items from Sonnen Motors? You have a very reputable store and track record not sure why you elected to stray from that and sell me a lemon, attempted to hide it and not even properly fix the issues? I would hate to think it had anything to do with racial discrimination I would have to review and study your customer base? What I will do for now is submit a formal complaint with consumer affairs and post my anger. At this point I am keeping the car it is too painful and far (distance wise) to fight the purchase but I want my $634.88 repair replaced and the fender damage repair properly fixed by a certified Audi technician and auto body.
