Sunset Ford Arizona Ripoff Fraudelet practices in pre owned cars Peoria Arizona

In July 2004, we purchased a Ford Certified Pre-Owned Windstar Mini Van and part of the certification was that title and vehicle history had been certified as good. We went to purchase a new car recently, using the Windstar as a trade. When the dealer ran a car fax report, we found out that the Windstat had been in an accident prior to our purchasing and there wzs frame damage.

This was not disclosed when we purchased the Windstar nor was there any notation of any prior accident. When we went to Sunset Ford asking why, and noting that for the price we paid we could have bought many new cars. We are now told that the value of the Windstar is worth $5000. less in trade due to the car fax report.

Bernie Wahl, the General Manager of Sunset Ford refuse to help and said tough luck. Avoid purchasing any thing from Sunset Ford as they rip off consumers.
