Superior Honda car dealership so hard up they have steal gas from a struggling single mom Uniontown Pennsylvania

I went to Superior Honda for the purpose of purchasing a car on 8/29/08. The salesman requested that I complete the transaction the next day due to late time of day. The salesman told me to take t and no documents were signed. The salesman told me that the car had no gas and to get gas. The salesman assured me that I would be reinburse for the gas. I drove straight to the local gas station filled up the car costing me $63.50. The next day, after careful consideration and information received from consumer reports, I drove back to the dealership and explained that this dealership was overcharging me by approximately $4000.00. I explained that if the price could not be adjusted then I would not purchase the car. The salesman stated that he could not come down on the price and that the sticker price of the car is the price that he would charge. I asked for my reinbursement for the gas, I was told to come back when the sales office was opened. I returned to the dealership on 9/5/08 and was told by the owner, Gus that since I did not buy the car, he would not reinburse me for the gas.

The Honda had a full tank of gas when I returned it. I only drove approximately 50 miles. I threatened to file charges at the magistrate. Gus stated "I don't care."
