SwapALease suggests that they handle the whole lease transfer process and all you have to do is pick out your car and they do the rest. Without a membership, which costs a minimum of $50, all you can do is search for available cars on their website. You have to have a membership to even start the lease transfer process. And what does your $50 get you? Nothing more than the seller's phone number. From that point on, you're on your own. You have to contact the seller and do all the lease transfer work on your own. The salesman are the slickest I've ever encountered, real slime-balls. So for the pleasure of paying $50, you just bought someone's phone number and that's it. They do nothing else.

Swapalease will help as much as we can in every transfer. We are obligated to follow the rules and regulation set forth by each leasing company. In some situation this does limit the involvement that we can have. The most important part of any lease transfer is that that all parties involved follow the rules set forth by the leasing company to properly transfer the lease. Swapalease only supports and promotes a transfer that is done through the leasing company.
Through seller feedback over the 10 plus years that Swapalease has been helping people into and out of leases, we have heard that the seller prefer that the buyer become members of Swapaleease.com before contacting them directly.
