With the size and ebay feedback rating of Texas Direct, I thought it was a safe bet to buy without seeing the truck myself.  The car fax checked out with no reported problems.  I bid on the truck, and the dealer accepted my bid and closed the auction before it ended (no ebay protection AND I guess they don't have to pay the eBay fees).  The title process was slow, but typical for around the holidays.  Customer service post-sale was pretty good.  I'm pretty sure this is a flood vehicle.  Water stains under the seats and rust on the inside of the truck.  There is obvious non-original paint on some areas, and some over spray on trim pieces.  Texas Direct took several photos, but they do not show the flaws, and for a vehicle with 25K miles, there were way too many small scratches on the inside... this vehicle was not taken care of by the original owner and most likely made it to TDA's sales lot because it did not meet the standards of a regular dealership.  ALSO.  it was advertised as "Certified Pre-owned".. but then the dealer told me that it's "their" certification process, not the GMC dealership standards.    Again, the customer service dept was good, taking care of my little conserns like missing keys, but for a 35K$ vehicle, I feel I got ripped off.  Buyer beware!  don't buy unless you can have it inspected by a pro or look it over in person.
