Thomason Hyundai, Thomason Auto Group, Asbury Auto Group Lies! Lies! And Left Us With Nothing. ripoff Trade-In Got Repossessed. Lost $5250.00 Gladstone Oregon

I was guaranteed financing on a 2000 Ford Explorer by Brad Graham and Taji Slothower purchased on Friday 9/10/2004. I was told that if I was not contacted by the latest Tuesday 9/14/2004 then the deal went through.

On Saturday 9/18/2004 I purchased brand new wheels and tires for Les Schwab on my account for $1450.00. I did not hear from Thomason until Wednesday 9/22/2004 (twelve days later) saying that I was not financed and that I would have to bring the vehicle back.

On the day of purchase 9/10 I traded in my vehicle that I was financing from another company and Thomason agreed to accept the trade and pay the vehicle off. Now that all of this time went by my trade in vehicle is in repossession status.

On the day of purchase 9/10 I also gave them $480.00 down and a check for $520.00 that was supposed to be deposited in the Thomason account on 9/24/2004. They have been telling me that I was not going to get financed yet they still withdrew the $520.00 dollars from my account overdrawing it.

On 9/28/2004 Pete Sweeney told me that the finance company that I was attempting to request financing from had denied me based upon credit issues.

Subsequently, I contacted Stephanie at the finance and she stated the nothing had even went across her desk regarding my request for financing. As of present day I have an overdrawn bank account, as repossesed vehicle and no vehicle at all, all becauses of the lies that I received from the very beginning.
