Thrifty Auto Sales dan bo crooks clearwater, Florida

These guys are liers! They promise things and then don't follow through with fulfilling their promises. They are rude, they have no ethics or integrity. They are unprofessional!I was a few days outside of warranty and a part went bad, I was told that a part would be replaced at there cost by Bo, so I was under the impression they would cover it under a "grace period", I was scheduled to have my car serviced the following day. Two days later I was called to pick up my vehicle, before releasing my car they gave me a bill for the part and labor, guess what,  when advising to tech that Bo authorized the part to be covered at there cost, he explained "yes at our cost, for the price we get them for", I spoke with Bo and he practically trickled me down to the General Manager DAN , in which he spoked to me and told me "sorry your outta luck", (while lighting a cigarette-very unprofessional) and advising to me that he can not control the fact that I was out of warranty, and I spoke to him about the conversation I had with Bo , that was very misleading, in which I could have taken my business elsewhere. I will have them investigated since I am not the only consumer with complaints. 

I am not listing any names but one of the two show a previous public arrest record in HSCO , . Are these the types of people you want to do business with??? BEWARE!!!!

Bo Rasoi(Service Manager) just happens to be Dan's brother (General Manager) one is just fat and the other happens to look like he plays on a different team if you know what i mean.
