I traded in a 07 envoy with 8600 miles along with a 06 suzuki GSX-R 750 with 3300 miles on it for an 07 4runner used with 23000 miles. I drove the vehichle for 3 weeks past my alotted 5-10 day time slot then get a phone call 19 days later that the deal could not be done. I fought and got them everything they wanted except an additional 3000 down on top of my 500 down plus trades. I faulted on payments and tags because i thought the deal was done after the 10 days went by. I in return had to give back the 4runner i drove and get my trades back. upon recieving the trades i had a bad wreck in the parking lot of toyota on my bike from where they put tire shine on the tires causing the bike to skid and slide dragging me along. I am still recovering from the wreck. Toyota never came to help nor asked if i was ok or offer to do anything to help. The very next day after i returned the 4runner someone else drove off in it. Had not been even 24hrs of my return. Im now left with late payments expired tags, medicale bills and a wrecked bike non driveable. Still noone has offered any help.

PUTTING CUSTOMERS INTO VEHICLES THAT THEY KNOW WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR the loan in hopes that the customer will 'fall in love' with the vehicle, and then come up with the extra amount of cash to get the loan approved!!!

They also hope that the customer will be able to get another person to co-sign, so the loan will go through!!

They also know that any money you put down will most likely be absorbed by the Dealership because they'll say that you drove their vehicle for a certain time period and YOU OWE THEM MONEY for that!!!

It certainly looks as though there is some 'Hanky Panky' going on at Toyota, doesn't it?

'Google' this- BERNANKE HE INHERITED A BIG PROBLEM WAS IT DUE TO ANY HANKY PANKY, and that will take you to a 'Toyota Ripoff Report' from last year in July! Read it, along with all the 'Updates'. That line you 'Googled' is part of 'FED POEM' which is an 'Update' to that Report!!

Also, contact the Bank that received your loan documents from the Toyota Dealership!! There is a CHANCE that someone from the Dealership may have ALTERED some of your loan papers!!!

'Google' this- SUIT: DEFECT REPORTS ALTERED TOYOTA PLANT, and read the Whistleblower Lawsuit!! Toyota is known for 'Hanky Panky' and YOU might be able to get back at the Dealership!!
