Toyota of North Hollywood uses Unfair Business Practices

they held me for 10 hours took my trade in checked my credit and said only car i could buy was a echo. i told them that was not what i wanted and thank you but he said he would see if he could sell me the corolla that i wanted. came back and said he could the basic one i told him i would think about it. he said he was going to look at my trade in again and see if he could give me more money for it.leaves comes back asked me if i had the keys? at that point all i wanted to do was leave he asked me to please stay and he would find me a good deal.i just sat there didnt know where he went it was realy busy then i saw him helping someone else! at this point i realy wanted to leve but i couldnt didnt have my old car and no new car. he came back about 1 hour later and said he had a car for me to test drive we test drove the car i liked it but it was a automadic i wanted a stick he said they had one at there other store and they would get it for me i sighed the papers sighed over my car and waited after an hour i saw the finance offer Greg Iverson and made the deal finle.went back and sat down saw the guy who sold me the car and he said it shouldnt be vary much longer. then we saw the guy who was going to pick up the car and asked where he had put it so i could see it he said he had not even left yet!he said he was leaving right now. i waited and waited it was about 8:pm by now i had gotten there about 10:am!finley he got back when he pulled in the NEW CAR i had just bought he ren over the curb and popped the tire! said he was sorry and would put on a new rim and tire. i talked to Greg Iverson again and he appolizied for all the hassle and gave me free mats for my car and said he would give me 2 free oil changes (that i have never gotten)about 10:pm or 11:pm i got my car!!! got in ready to go and the inside lights didnt work salesman told me to come back the next day and get them fixed i told him how could i drive a new car you have never driven in the dark not knowing where anything is? he did find somebody to fix them. anda week later Greg Iverson had the nerve to e-mail me and ask how my car buying expirance was! i told him and never heard anything else from them untill this week and said they could give me a great deal on a new car told them i would NEVER buy a car from them again and feel free to look up when i bought a car from them last time
