Toyota Of Orange Buyer Beware: Salesman Lied About Condition of Certified Used Toyota Orange California

Toyota of Orange refused to correct a fraudulent sales contract for a 2005 Prius, a "Certified Used Toyota," that had been involved in some type of accident, with damages in excess of $5,000.00.

A Carfax was produced prior to the sale but indicated nothing regarding an accident. Clearly the orignial owner of the 2005 Prius had been involved in some type of accident, but failed to report it to the appropriate agencies. Carfax reports are only effective if the damage is reported.

This matter was further aggravated when Toyota of Orange conspired in this crime with the trade-in of the 2005 Prius - knowing that the transacton/trade-in was suspect.

Unfortunately Toyota Motor Corporation refused to act on the matter.

I also don't possess the financial resources to pursue this matter in court, which is fortunate for them because I study law.

So hopefully, some folks may read this prior to visiting Toyota of Orange in Southern California.

Their Motto is "You Won't Get a Lemon at Toyota of Orange."

But as they pointed out, Certified Used Toyotas don't qualify as lemons.

Fruad is fraud folks...Buyer Beware!!!!
