TRIAD FINANCIAL TRIAD UNLAWFUL COLLECTION PRACTICES ripoff Huntington Beach California

I had a car that I bought and Triad was my finanicial company. After years of dealing with them harrassing me, they would call me five days before my payment was due and ask me when I was going to pay and how I was going to pay, I called them and told them to come pick the car back up I no longer wanted it and no longer wanted to deal with them.

They would call my work and harrass me several times a day, speak with my employer about my loan, and I was not even late on my payment. The final straw was when I had lost my job and was late with my payment by 2 days and they called me at home for 3 hours straight one call after another. The Triad employee told me that I should crawl back under the rock that I crawled out from and that I was a poor excuse for a person and for my childrens sake that they should be taken away from me.

That was it. I called them back and told them where they could pick my car up at because I no longer wanted it. I still get hartassing calls from them today, several a day and it has been 3 years. I refuse to pay them because after paying on a car that the total financed and charges were a little over $13,000.00 and I paid on it for 3 years with an almost $400.00 a month payment tell me how I still owe over $12,000.00.

They are a rip off. Please let me know about the class action suit I defiatly want to join it.
