FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY USA MOTOR SALES AND THOSE LIKE THEM, WE NOW HAVE THE "SCOOP" ON HOW THEY OPERATE AND HAVE FILED PAPERWORK WITH AUTHORITIES TO STOP THEIR OPERATIONS!
IN MARCH, WE DECIDED TO LIST A VEHICLE FOR SALE ONLINE WITH AN AUTO TRADER SITE AFTER WE HAD MANY CALLS ABOUT COMPANIES PHONING AND HOUNDING PEOPLE OVER AND OVER ABOUT "LETTING" THEM HELP THEM SELL THEIR AUTOS. WITHIN TWO DAYS OF LISTING THE TRUCK, WE HAD FOUR CALLS FROM VARIOUS "AD" COMPANIES (THREE FROM THE VEGAS AREA)STATING THAT THEY WOULD HELP US SELL THE TRUCK WITH NO HASSLE FOR US. AFTER ALL THEY BOASTED THAT THEY ALL HAD CONNECTIONS AND EACH BRAGGED THEY WERE THE "BEST" IN THE MARKETPLACE. WE ACTUALLY ACTED AS THOUGH WE WERE EXTREMELY HESITANT IN LISTING WITH USA MOTORSALES--AND WE SPOKE TO WHAT WE WERE TOLD WAS THE OWNER. HE "ASSURED" ME THAT BECAUSE WE WERE A CONSUMER AGENCY WE WOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK IF THEY DID NOT MOVE THE TRUCK WITHIN THREE MONTHS.
THEIR "M.O." IS THIS:
ONCE A CONSUMER PLACES AN AD ONLINE WITH "AUTOTRADER" OR ONE OF THE OTHER ONLINE SERVICES, THESE COMPANIES TAKE THE NUMBERS OFF YOUR AD, CALL YOU WITH THEIR PITCH, AND HOPE TO GET YOU TO SIGN FOR AT LEAST THE MINIMUM MONEY. MOST OF THEM RUN CONTRACTS FOR AS LITTLE AS 59.99 UP TO 200.00 TO START. IT IS INDEED A SCAM. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY--YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU SIGN FOR ADDITIONAL TIME/ADS. THEIR MONEY IS MADE IN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THEIR SALESPEOPLE CAN LAND! WE ALSO FOUND THAT THEY WILL HAVE ASSOCIATES EMAIL YOU UNDER PHONY NAMES AND REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING ACTIVITY FROM THEIR ADS. THEY WILL NEVER
PHONE YOU ABOUT INFORMATION---ONLY EMAIL--AND IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE THAT EMAIL WAS ALWAYS THROUGH YAHOO.
WE HAVE TRIED TO INITIATE COMMUNICATION WITH USA MOTOR SALES TO NO AVAIL. WE HAVE GIVEN THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THEIR NAMES REMOVED FROM POSSIBLE FUTURE LITIGATION SHOULD THEY DECIDE TO "COME CLEAN"--THEY DID NOT RESPOND.

First of all, I have never spoke to anybody from a consumer agency and absolutely do not offer any type of Money Back Guarantee! WE GUARANTEE TO ADVERTISE UNTIL SOLD! We do not guarantee to sell cars for a specific price within a specific time frame. This can be clearly seen on the front page of our website with its own tab, our 'Terms and Conditions'.
Our 'M.O.' is this:
To help private sellers that have not got their vehicles sold on their own. How are we a scam? You can view yourself our services. Check our website and all of the other affiliiate websites we do business with.
In regards to emailing our customers:
We hold that information confidential and we handle all those inquiries in-house. It is our email address and our toll-free phone number that is shown to the public (not our customers email or phone number) for the potential buyers to respond. As part of our services, we only provide our customers information whenever there is a serious buyer and permission to release information is given to us. Therefore, there is no way that we would be able to make up inquiries about our customers vehicles.
You have never tried to "initiate communication" with us, whoever you are..

Individuals such as this person writing these false discriminatory statements have no such Proof / Evidence that we have done any of these acts. Yes, we perform outbound calls to people that are selling their vehicles and provide them information about the company as an alternative option to advertise their vehicle. We do have an in-house Do Not Call list which also consists of National and State Lists as well.
